ATTA Elevators, a leading, full-service independent elevator and escalator company headquartered in Ontario, Canada, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ottawa-based A&A Elevator’s maintenance division. A&A Elevator will continue operating as a separate brand, focusing exclusively on modernizations.
This partnership will enable ATTA to increase our maintenance portfolio density coupled with A&A’s exceptional modernization capabilities. ATTA Elevators and A&A Elevator will continue to operate independently with respect to their modernization divisions, with founders Joe and James Atherfold continuing their roles with A&A Elevator. Claire Atherfold will be joining ATTA Elevators Ottawa as Office Manager, overseeing all administration for ATTA and A&A Elevator.
ATTA is very excited to be acquiring A&A’s maintenance division and partnering on assuming all future maintenance units post completion of A&A modernizations” said Kevin Beerli, Vice President of ATTA Elevators Ottawa.
The primary objective of this collaboration:
- ATTA assumes all A&A’s existing maintenance and all future maintenance.
- A&A to solely focus on modernizations, assigning all maintenance to ATTA post modernization.
- Both ATTA and A&A will pursue modernizations independently, but ATTA assumes all maintenance for both companies.
