David Nevin - Vice President, Commercial Operations (EDM-A)

David brings over 18 years of experience as an elevator technician He has worked in all aspects of the elevator industry -from a two-floor hydraulic elevator to the fastest and tallest buildings in Canada. David has a myriad of experience in maintenance troubleshooting and modernization adjusting. He was responsible for the seamless installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators, while leading Canada’s largest modernization project. David’s can-do attitude and attention to detail will ensure smooth and seamless customer experience.

Warner Baxter – Vice President, Technical Specialist (EDM-A)

Warner brings over 30 years of experience as an elevator technician.  He began his career as a new installation mechanic working on all components of the installation process. Warner continued expanding his knowledge base doing maintenance and modernizations on a wide array of equipment. In the past 14 years, he has been responsible for adjusting, troubleshooting and personally commissioning hundreds of elevator inspections with the TSSA.

Chris Bellante – Modernization & Adjuster (EDM-A)

Chris brings over 20 years experience as an elevator technician and owner/operator during his career. He has worked on all aspects of elevator repair and maintenance and focused his skills on elevator modernizations over the last 10 years. Chris has a keen sense to detail, building relationships with customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Louis Sideris – Vice President, Customer Experience

Louis brings a 15 year successful track record in sales and customer experience and has a deep understanding of the elevator industry. Over his career, Louis has worked with a wide range of clients, ensuring all their elevator needs are met with a high degree of satisfaction.

Doug Kreller – Vice President, Finance

Doug has held various senior management accounting positions in a wide range of businesses and industry sectors over a 30 year career. He brings a strong finance/accounting background, and his entrepreneurial spirit, work ethic and leadership abilities have contributed to his track record.

Chris Bromell – Account Manager

Chris Bromell graduated from the Business Program at George Brown College with honours before obtaining his Real Estate license. With a property management background, Chris understands the importance of top-quality customer service. Chris is also a licensed elevator technician, who is committed to ensuring his clients receive the highest possible service.
